Privacy Policy Update

Childsplay Clothing is changing. We have entered into an agreement with Next Retail Ltd to operate the Childsplay Clothing website, run distribution and customer service, and communicate with you going forwards. From 10/08/2020 Childsplay Clothing will begin to pass all customers account information to Next Retail Ltd. Next will initially use this information to create you a new account so you can continue to shop as normal when the new site is launched. By no later than September, Next will begin to operate a new Childsplay Clothing website and will become the Data Controller for your information.

How you can access or correct your information

You can access all your personal identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging in using your email address and password that you set when you registered. You can correct factual errors in your personal identifiable information by logging in and making changes, or you can contact us and we can make those changes for you.
